Putney School of Art and Design is a purpose-built Art School, with a reputation for the high quality of its teaching and a strong sense of community. PSAD offers a range of challenging, stimulating and enjoyable courses in the visual arts. Because the school is small and dedicated to art, it does not have the institutional feel of so many adult education centres, making for a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere. PSAD welcomes beginners and more experienced students, who wish to learn, and who wish to practice and enjoy their art.
The school offers students the opportunity to learn and fit in with todays busy life styles with flexible classes running for 3 hours, mornings, afternoons and evenings 6 days a week during term time. We also run an extensive summer school and half term programme.
